System Design & Specification
A complete, manufacturer-agnostic specification built around your project.
This is the core of our work: detailed specifications covering AV, lighting control, automation, networking, security, and access control — written independently, with no brand bias and no margin to protect.
Bid Management & Integrator Selection
We put your project out to bid — and we know who to call.
We manage competitive bidding, identify qualified integrators, collect proposals, and review them line by line so you can compare apples to apples — and choose with confidence.
Construction Administration & Oversight
We stay involved so nothing gets lost between design and installation.
Through the build we review submittals, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and evaluate proposed changes independently — keeping the installation faithful to the design.
Final Walkthrough & System Verification
We don't close out a project until everything works the way it was designed to.
Every function is tested against the specification, and you receive a complete as-built documentation package — so the system is fully accountable, and yours to keep.
