For Government, Defense & Aerospace
Requirements-driven AV design for secure facilities and fair procurement.
Government agencies and defense and aerospace contractors need what we produce anyway: a complete, manufacturer-agnostic specification that qualified contractors can bid on equal terms, designed to the facility's security requirements. We design briefing and conference rooms, operations and mission-support rooms, and the infrastructure behind them.
Sole-source AV and accountability do not mix
A specification written around one manufacturer narrows your bid pool, invites protest, and leaves security constraints to be discovered during installation. Because we sell no equipment, our documents describe function and performance, so procurement can run a genuinely competitive solicitation and your security office can review the design before anything is pulled through a wall.
Built to your requirements documents
We work from your statement of work and facility standards, and we produce drawings and specifications formatted for your contracting process.
Security-aware design
Cable pathways, signal separation, and equipment placement designed to your facility's security requirements and reviewed with your security office. Constraints are documented, not discovered during install.
Operations rooms designed as one system
Video wall content zones, operator sightlines, source routing, and redundancy planned together, with failure modes mapped so the budget goes where the risk is.
Independent construction oversight
Submittal review, RFI responses, and commissioning verification by a party with no stake in the equipment sale.
Scope
What we design for government, defense, and aerospace facilities
- Secure and general-purpose conference and briefing rooms
- Operations, mission-support, and monitoring rooms with video walls
- Executive and program review rooms
- Training and all-hands presentation spaces
- Facility paging and notification coordination
- Performance specifications and bid documents for public and contractor solicitation
You get defensible documents, a fair bid, and independent verification that what was specified is what got built.
Common questions
Can your specifications be used in a public or contractor solicitation?
That is what they are written for. Our documents describe function and performance rather than a single manufacturer's part numbers, so contracting can issue a competitive solicitation and defend the award.
How do you handle facility security requirements?
We work from your facility's security requirements and coordinate with your security office during design. Pathways, signal separation, and equipment placement are documented up front so constraints are designed in rather than discovered during installation.
Do you design operations rooms and video walls?
Yes. Operations and mission-support rooms are designed as one system: wall sizing and content zones, operator console sightlines, source routing, redundancy where the mission requires it, and the acoustics and lighting that let people work long shifts.
Do you provide independent commissioning?
Yes. We verify the installed systems against the specification at closeout, with no financial stake in the equipment or the installer, and we document the results for your records.
